Nothing stops him from going to where he needs to go. He does a great job and beyond. I have seen Dr. Em for years and never been disappointed.

The whole colonoscopy experience is no fun!… but the whole process from scheduling to discharge was very well done. They do an awesome job!

Over the course of the last 20 years, Dr. Em has performedat least 4 colonoscopies on me. Everything went perfectly in all cases. Currently I am having swallowing problems and I met with him so he could let me know everything I needed to know for the ephosagus precedures. He inspires confidence.

Dr. Em, was great, when you have to have a procedure done, of course you are anxious, nervous and stressed. Dr. Em was a reassuring person that made me feel at ease on having the procedure. Before the procedure the Staff took great care of me, kept me informed at all times and would always offer information and answered all my questions. I talked to Dr. Em before we started, he explained what was going to happen. He made me feel comfortable about the everything and always asked if he needed to explain anything further. I didn't feel a thing. After the procedure the staff took exceptional care of me. Offered me a drink as soon as I woke up. Dr. Em came in after, did a quick review of the procedure, comforted me on the results and left me with a positive attitude about everything and assured me of keeping me posted. The staff again, perfect. Can not put into words how such a stressful procedure can be handled in such a perfect way. Thanks to Dr. Em and all the staff.

Dr. Em did this procedure for me 14 years ago as it turns out! what a coincidence. The cheerful demeanor of Dr. Em and all the great staff made for an uneventful visit. These folks are top shelf care. Thank you all...

Everyone was kind and helpful

The doctor and staff were friendly, and the procedure went well. I took off one star because there was no parking available in the garage, as well as anywhere else near by. I ended up having to walk quite a way (on a day it was 102°), and considering I'm disabled with mobility issues, it would have been nice if they would mention the lack of parking on their website. I took off a second star because they didn't get me in until almost an hour past my appointment time.

The doctor may have done a good job on my colonoscopy. But when he came in to review the colonoscopy with me, he seemed to be in a hurry, told me I had three polyps removed, and they looked benign, but would be checked, and then he started to leave. In the past, I was actually shown pictures of my colonoscopy and told if he found anything else besides polyps. I asked him if there was any bleeding In my colon, and he told me I had hemorrhoids, And that the results of the biopsies would be sent to me, and he walked away.

Dr. Em was personable, asked me questions that showed he had read my chart, listened when I spoke and explained the findings after my procedure in a clear manner.
