Concerns with professionalism
I had procedure scheduled with Dr. High for 8:00 am and was instructed to arrive at 7:45 am. I was his first appointment of the day. While waiting, two staff separately apologized and told me Dr. High was not there and was running late. At 8:45 am -1 hr after my arrival- I got re-dressed and left the procedure room as I had to get to work. I complained to the staff about my wait and they were very supportive and apologetic. He did walk to my procedure room at about 8:50 am. I told him I was frustrated with the wait and did not want him to perform the procedure. He gave me a curt apology and walked away. Given this and because I had not been impressed with his bedside manner during my previous visit, I asked to reschedule with another doctor. The office manager was very solicitous and comped me for my parking. I have been coming to this practice for many years. I think it is run very well and the other doctor that I have seen is highly professional.

Excellent Experience
Dr. High was very knowledgeable and had excellent bedside manners. He was very thorough in his explanations of the procedure and plans. He listened and showed great concern for my health and wellbeing. I am grateful for the care that I was given.

I recently moved to the area and this was my 1st visit to see Dr. High. He did a good job in reviewing my medical history and current needs. The only issue I've experienced is a long delay in getting a specialty medication approved via my insurance by his office.
