Very accommodating also very thorough

The doctors , nurses, techs, etc. treat you like a customer at a restaurant or hotel. They are constantly concerned about your comfort and your care. Procedures are all done on one day, quickly and efficiently. There is no waiting weeks and weeks for a scan, a biopsy, or other procedure. Blood tests are done immediately before your appointment and the results are available at your appointment. Dr. Levine is somber, as you would expect for someone who is dealing with life and death, so my goal is to make him smile when I see him. He and his staff are just wonderful. I don't think I could be in better hands.

In my most recent visit and all visits, Dr. Levine clearly explains the diagnosis and treatment plan. He encourages questions about both and is willing to explain in layperson’s terms. He is also encouraging about potential positive outcome.

Been seeing Dr Levine for a long time. He is compassionate and will tell you upfront what is going on whiling I like. His entire team is great.

Dr. Levine has been a caring and compassionate oncologist monitoring my care for many years since 2007. The ups and downs have been monitored and controlled very well. Care has been adjusted to meet my lifestyle. Dr. Levine has provided treatments to best help me.I highly recommend him.

Completely unhelpful makes it very obvious he'd rather be anywhere but there with you. Probably thinking about his summer homes during the entire visit. More than happy to take your money though.

My biggest beef is the wait times. I had a 1:40 appointment and never saw the doctor til around 3:45. When the commercial says spend one day with us, they really mean one day. This appointment, was after having to go down there for my scans the week before. The parking isnt free!. That being said I felt as though the Dr didnt have a handle on what is going on with me.They were having trouble even pulling my scans up in the computer. He offered 3 options for my care according to the findings in my scans but made all them sound horrible. Not a shred of encouragement or compassion. Then when I tried to explain to him how COVID is effecting my care he didnt seem to care. This is why I left Buffalo in the first place and was cared for in anther state for the last 8 years. That place was sold out because of COVID. I honestly dont want to spend everyday of whats left of my life sitting in an office waiting to see a Dr. That only spends 10-15 minutes with me. Too much running around here.

I would totally recommend Dr Levine and his staff. The only hiccup I have with the breast clinic is the time of check in and wait time I have to wait to be seen. My appt was at 7:40 am and I was not see until 8:20 am no other patient was In the clinic while I was waiting. Most times I have to wait to check in because one or both receptionist are talk with each other or one is in on the Phone and the other looks like she is on the computer doing some thing . I wish the old staff was there at reception. Other than that they are really nice there.

Roswell is constantly striving to improve the patients experience and everybody is considerate and makes every effort to accomplish this. Dr. Levine is very caring, considerate, knowledgeable and genuinely listens.

Yes, would highly recommend Dr. Levine and his Breast Clinic Team as they have provided me with Superior Oncologist and patient care for two years at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Care in Buffalo, NY. Today, Dr. Levine stated, that I am stable and I am to begin my 24th Cycle of Oral cancer Medication. God bless everyone.

He has been my doctor for almost 18 years. Very kind and listens to all you need to say. I’d recommend him in a minute. Very aware of my cancer at the time and treatment.

He has been my oncologist for 20 years, i trust him with my life! He is up to date on all of the new treatments ,he is exceptionally kind.

Dr Levine is always calm, an excellent listener and observer of details. He is always concerned about my entire health, not just the cancer. Cancer treatments can exacerbate other problems and he is concerned to improve those, too.

I saw one of the nurse practitioners for this visit. However I know she spoke with Dr. Levine regarding future treatment. I am always pleased with the time they spend explaining what is or will take place.

I have seen Dr. Levine since 2017. He has always been thorough, knowledgeable and treats me with respect. I appreciate his kind hearted ness and wry sense of humour. I would highly recommend him.
