Receptionist was rude didn't care about cancelations. I guess they have so many patients they could care less. Terrible customer service

She has pulled out all the stops to help me with my condition. She and her staff always are very professional and helpful.

they are always very focused on you from when you check in until Dr Conroy is in the room. Dr Conroy makes sure you have the latest updates and information so you feel educated and informed . i never feel rushed and she also makes sure that we review and cover all the details. I feel confident and safe in her care. I would recommend her to anyone needing a dermatologist

I've been seeing Dr. Conroy for about 20 years now, and she's AMAZING! Skin cancer runs in my family, so she is very, very thorough with every check. She's compassionate and thoughtful as well, which is why my whole family goes to her. Excellent doctor!

I recently saw Dr. Conroy for an appointment. She was very professional and thorough during my annual skin checkup. I have been seeing her and her staff for years. Not only do they take the time to address my questions and concerns, but they also make me feel like a valued patient and have excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Conroy and her staff.

I have had 2 FaceTime visits with Dr. Conroy. Both were very good. Dr. Conroy solved the mystery of my intense itching that went on for almost a year. She was easy to talk to. Her staff was very accommodating and efficient.

Dr. Conroy saved my life. I came to her for a severe rash The other dermatologist told me I had scabies. Nobody I knew including my boyfriend had scabies. She worked so hard and even called me at 6pm to tell me I had sweet disease. She told me I need to see a hematologist. I had leukemia. Without her and her hard work I would not be alive. I am now undetectable and they caught it at an early stage. She took extra time and has always been extremely kind. I owe her my life. I thank God for her.

Professional, kind, considerate, great communication skills

I had an appointment today that totally turned me off. I spent 1 hour and 15 minutes past my scheduled time - mind you the appointment was the 2nd one of the morning and I should have been seen fairly quickly. Once I was in the exam room, I spent 60 seconds with Dr. Conroy. I am beyond frustrated and would love to go to another doctor.

IF YOUR TIME IS IMPORTANT, then choose wisely. My daughter has been a patient on and off for two years. She stopped seeing Dr Conroy b/c she spent MORE TIME in waiting room than in exam room. (Ie: 20 mins wait, 5 min evaluation) This mornings appointment is just ONE MORE black eye. 7:30 am appointment and, at 8:15 am she hasn't moved from reception. Made decision to sch early so she would be 2nd in line.

great doctor

Dr. Conroy is an excellent doctor. She takes her time with her patients and really listens to their concerns. She is very knowledgeable, professional and really cares about her patients. She diagnosed my daughter when our pediatrician brushed me off. She ended up in the hospital for five days (3 in ICU). This saved my daughter's life. Had Dr. Conroy not insist my daughter be admitted to the hospital, the outcome would have been different. I would highly recommend Dr. Conroy to anyone.
