Unfriendly staff.
There are plenty of nurses in this world. The shortage isn't that bad to keep someone as rude and unprofessional as Amanda on your staff. Disappointing

I think I have been with Doctor Ganley since his first year in practice in Ashland. I repair surgical instruments for my vocation and know doctors throughout Virginia and surrounding states. If he wasn't the best, I would have looked for another. He is knowledgeable and accurate, I have great confidence in his abilities. His staff are polite and cheerful and quick to find me a time spot for a visit. I couldn't be happier.

Dr. Ganely sees myself , my husband and my son. I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment and the staff has always been so kind and on top of any questions I have. He doesn’t acted rushed when you have questions.

There is not a conglomerate of doctors in this office. Staff of three. Never much of a wait time to be seen. Dr Ganley takes the time to listen and explain things to his patients, unlike a lot of doctors. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

This doctor is absolutley the worst I have ever had, arrogant, lazy and neglectful. He does not like a patient who is proactive with their health care and will prevent them from receiving quality care to appease his ego...very strange doctor. His staff is rude and his lab is subpar, just like him...if you care about your health, don't use him!
