I went in to see Dr. Debbie Daniel as a new patient in her office. I had my 5 year old son with me. I did not have a wedding ring on my finger because I am not married. She found an issue with this and was extremely rude and judgmental. I immediately left her office and will never go back. I was there to see a Dr because I was sick, not to discuss my personal life which is absolutely none of her business to question nor to judge.

Was satisfied till now..
This Dr's office and NP Tarrah were great from the start. I had to have an ultrasound on my neck and now it's been almost 2 months and no one can tell me anything bc I don't have my new insurance card. They won't discuss my own health with me unless I have an appointment but won't schedule until I have the new card.. This is unethical and wrong holding your patients health hostage. Not only that but my medications were cancelled that I have been on bc I did not have my follow up appointment. I have regular been seeing them so there is no excuse for the continuous appointments and no excuse for the lack of organization. When I am told repeatedly that I will get a call back and never receive one. I haven't even been able to talk to the NP that sees me bc I guess they don't take calls? What kind of crap is that. If this can not be resolved I will find a different providers office

Dr. Daniel was my general physician for several years. While she is generally competent and able to help with many medical issues, I found that when I needed specialist testing done, her office is unwilling to do even the most rudimentary checking to see if the specialist they set me up an appointment with is within my insurer's network. This refusal of theirs to do this simple check delayed a necessary test for me by nearly 8 months. I would take a day off work only to find out when I got the the specialist's office that they were out of network and I would have to pay out of pocket. The particular test in question costs well over $20,000, so I needed it to be in network. Dr. Daniels, during my final visit with her, told me to my face that she didn't have enough people in her office to check on whether her referral's to specialists were in network. I responded that referrals to specialists in networks is part of her agreement with my insurance company! I've reported this to them as a provider discrepancy, hoping she will be forced to do better by her insurer. There is no excuse for this office policy except that she doesn't want to hold her staff accountable for proper patient care and referrals.

I normally see her NPs Jessica and Tara. I see Dr Daniels if neither one of them are there. I love them both. When I have a question or concern, they talk it through with me. I like that.....I want to be informed with what I have going on and Lord knows, I have a lot going on. I recommend them to anyone.

I have seen dr. Daniels twice (annual checkups). I am a healthy person with no issues, thankfully. I have not felt she is concerned about me, but just ‘checking boxes’ on a form, which is exactly what she has done! She has never listened to my heart, lungs, ears, throat, etc. Unbelievable approach to healthcare! She has no bedside manner, and I would characterize her as a bully. If you don’t agree with her she doesn’t presents facts, just basically says ‘I am a doctor, you are not’ answer and you should blindly accept my answer w/o question, end of discussion. I’ve never heard from her when blood tests are done, no patient portal either! I’m done with her and definitely WOULD NOT recommend her to anyone! The only positive is her staff is friendly.

Don't know if she had a bad morning o what, but I don't like being bullied and blackmailed. Threatened to with hold my medications unless I scheduled expensive tests so she could paid for the referrals.

Visited Dr. Daniel this afternoon for an introduction to her practice on Riverfront Parkway. I knew her from Dunlap where she still practices. Dr. Daniel is a kind and caring professional that spends whatever time is needed with her patients. She is especially good at explaining a diagnosis to a patient or family members. I highly recommend her practice if you need a quality and compassionate medical professional...

Dr. Daniel scheduled me for appointments without telling me and still made money when I didn't show up. Then, she insisted I have to come inside instead of calling for appointments knowing that I'm a paraplegic and have trouble getting in and out of my car. She then put notes in my chart to not prescribe me more meds that I had been on a while until I had a psych evaluation, though she would not explain why or help me get referred. She is dishonest, rude and dangerous. Do not trust her, ever.
