I have been a patient of Dr Novellis for 40 years. He delivered both my babies and has taken excellent care of my whole family for years!

I have been going to Dr. Novelli's office for the last 5 years. I have BCBS traditional insurance and received a letter from the doctor that I can no longer be a patient there because I live in Florida in the winter. The billing person explained that BCBS doesn't pay enough toward my bills and because I go back and forth to Florida, I can no longer be seen there. The problem is that I was just there last week and was given a prescription for a new medicine and I cannot go back there to be checked or get another prescription if it is helping me. I was told I could call anytime and talked to the PA who gave me the drug but apparently I can no longer see that doctor or go to this office. I guess it all comes down to money. I definitely is not about their patients. I don't know what I can do now. Carolyn B
