Will not be back
We had a visit with Dr Gonzalez in October during which he took time to discuss my concerns and options for treatment. He ordered some scans, which I had done. I did not hear back from his office about results. I left 3 messages which were finally answered. I was informed I would have to schedule an appointment to discuss the results. In late December I had an appointment but was left to sit in an exam room for 45 minutes with no communications from any staff member. At that point I left and will not be back. I was going to give only 1 star because of the disrespectful behavior during that December visit, but decided to give 2 stars because on the initial appointment Dr Gonzalez did spend a good deal of time with me.

Everyone very helpful and kind. Dr Gonzalez is an excellent communicator. He explained in detail the problem using models and drawings to help me understand. With my involvement and approval a very detailed care plan was laid out taking my fears and concerns into consideration. All my questions were answered completely. I traveled a long distance from a large city with many Orthopedic doctors from which to choose and I am very happy having chosen Dr. Gonzalez. I definitely would recommend Dr. Gonzalez to any family member needing Orthopedic care.

DR. Gonzalez is excellent. He performed shoulder surgery on me to repair a torn a rotator cuff and a torn bicep. I would recommend him to anyone in need of an orthopedic surgeon. He is a caring physician who does not rush his patients through his office. I am so glad I was referred to him.

Totally would recommend Dr. Gonzalez and his staff to friends, family and patients for their compassionate and knowledgeable services. From the first phone call to walking out the door after my appointment I had welcoming and excellent service. I was informed of my options for treatment and not pressured into any rush decisions. I was able to go home with medical advice and discuss with my family surgery options. I felt like I had known Dr. Gonzalez for years but it was just my first time visit.
