Double hernia repair
1st off I waited a year to write this, from the beginning Dr earl and staff were awesome, he made me feel very comfortable ( let’s say he checked all my mental boxes about getting the hernia repaired) I’m an arborist(tree climber) by trade, so every day it bothered me,, but not now I’ve been back at it doing my thing 6wks later, he is an awesome doctor and during the consultation you immediately get out to ease and can feel his confidence oozing out of him,, I would go to him again and would recommend to everyone needing a hernia repair,, the only regret I have is waiting 4 yrs to get it done. But I’m 53 years old and can be stubborn to get things checked,, Thank you Dr earl for fixing me.

First time for invasive surgery
Dr. Earles explanation of the surgery and what to expect really put me at ease. I had an immediate confident feeling on meeting Dr Earle . He has a friendly professional way of describing the post op recovery period . I feel I got lucky and found the best possible care for the repair of 3 different hernias. Post op 3 weeks and feel like I have resolved a decades old problem . I highly recommend Dr Earle. JD Brewer

Because it's not JUST a hernia!
Dr. Earle takes all the time you need to explain your options and describe the procedures. He instills a sense of confidence which comes from his many years of focusing on hernia repairs. I sought him out because I wanted a surgeon who would not approach my issues as "garden variety". In fact, as Dr Earle explained, there are many variables, and every hernia repair is somewhat unique. Dr Earle performed a bilateral laparoscopic robot assisted inguinal hernia repair. He anticipated that the procedure would be challenging due to scar tissue and adhesions from my previous surgeries in this area. He was correct; I was in the operating room for nearly 3 hours. But the outcome was 5 STARS! I managed what little post-operative pain and discomfort I experienced using only ibuprofen and acetaminophen. I went home the same day and quickly returned to a normal routine. Entrusting this work to Dr. Earle was perhaps the best medical decision I have ever made!

Hernia Surgery
Dr Earle is an excellent hernia surgeon. His clinical practice has been focused on hernia disease since 1996 and it shows. He does a fantastic job explaining all the options and procedure details. He completed hernia surgery in June 2023. The results are outstanding! I now have a belly button again after a stretched out umbilical hernia repair and I'm ready for bathing suit season! Focused on your needs and is a national leader on all types of hernia surgery. He up on the latest techniques and is involved in the development of several new surgical devices, many associated with hernia repair. He is a go to doctor for hernia repair including repair of previous attempts by others.

Dr Earle is AMAZING!
Over Memorial Day Weekend, I had Abdomen pain that was progressively getting worse. I went to LGH ER and after a day long ordeal, incredible pain, vomiting etc... I needed my Appendix out urgently. Dr Earle walked into the OR late that night and was the epitome of what a Doctor should be. The BEST bedside manner, listened to my worries and took fast care of me. The OR Nurses were calm, kind and caring just like him. Dr Earle is FANTASTIC. He was just as happy to see me at my Post Op appointment as I was to see him! I will 1000% return to him with any future issues or needs and would absolutely refer him to anyone needing care. Thank you Dr Earle for taking such great care of me! Wasn't so happy about the appendix but happy to have had care from him.

Yes!
I was lucky to be recommended to Dr. Earle as I had a hernia created by slipped stiches from surgery. The hernia was so bulging that I looked 6 months pregnant. Really. Dr. Earle very kindly, explained several options for repair. With his skill, his patience, and the help of robotic hands, he fixed my abdominal hernia perfectly. The recovery took about 6 weeks, but painlessly. And there is no trace of the hernia. Amazing what modern medicine and a great doctor can do.

On one of our darkest days, Dr. Earle provided my family hope. His bedside manner was the most impressive that I have ever witnessed. He was compassionate while he provided clear explanations. He outlined all of our options and successfully performed a complicated surgery. He kept in contact with the family and provided sound advice to go forward. We are forever grateful that he was there when we needed him the most.

I saw Dr. Earle when he was with Baystate Medical Center which was 50 minutes from my home. He then went to Lowell Surgical and I now travel 135 miles to see him there because he is the best. He gave me options where others said there were no options and he took care of my problems. I would highly recommend him.
