Amazing, compassionate, and skilled surgeon. Not only did she take the time and make sure I understood what was going on with my care, she gave me her cell phone number, she would answer me at 9pm on a Saturday night if I was having an issue with my breast abcess. She skillfully did an incision and draining so that once healed the scar should blend in with my areola and be almost invisible. I could not have asked for a better doctor.

Dr. Gadd removed one of my breasts because of cancer 10 years ago. Even though it was only stage 2, there was never any discussion of reconstruction at the same time of the surgery. She also cut me straight across the center of my breast, never considering that I might want to consider reconstruction in the future. She is not compassionate or caring.

More than an hour wait with no explanation. Receptionist seemed put out when I asked about the long wait. Will NEVER book at this office again. Michele Gadd obviously thinks her time is more important than others.

Ms. Gadd seems to think her time is more valuable than that of any other. I find it rude, immature and disrespectful to keep patients waiting without explanation. I was kept waiting in a hot, stuffy and dusty waiting room for more than 20 minutes and when I approached the desk clerk, I was told it would be at least 30 more. The courtesy of a phone call or mention by the desk staff (who were not busy), would have been the professional solution. I find it odd that she is an hour late at 11:15A

Dr. Gadd has been wonderful to me. I had read her reviews and spoken with someone who trained with her, so I thought I knew what to expect. She surpassed my expectations. She sees me as a person, not as breast cancer patient number 683-41. She walked in to our first meeting, dropped into a chair, was warm and empathic and also direct and straightforward. I trusted her immediately! She also called me after hours...twice. Simply put, I trust her. I like her. I feel cared for and liked by her.

What Ma Gen Surgeon calls her patient at 6:45 pm on a Friday night? Dr. Michelle Gadd does. When results came in after hours Dr Gadd took the time to call me at home with a change of plan. Not only a brilliant surgeon, Dr Gadd is a brilliant human being. After meeting her and her team I feel like I can slay this dragon. Thank you.

Dr Gadd is an exceptional surgeon. Despite having had a lumpectomy, there is little scarring and incisions are barely noticeable. Other members of the oncology team remarked about the quality of Dr Gadd’s work. She is very personable, saw me as a person and not just a patient. Can’t say enough about how much I respect her as a physician and as a woman, so committed to fighting breast cancer. She is the best. Her support staff is less than efficient, they do not return calls or answer calls
