Whippel Surgery
I had whippel surgery 8 years ago and all I can say is Dr Kleiner did a fantastic job on me. He managed to operate without having to give me blood transfusion. He and his staff always got back to me and I can’t say enough about his professionalism and his staff’s attentive support and help. Ill recommend Dr Daniel Kliener any day. Thank you Dr Kleiner. You are the best.

I don't think there are enough positive adjectives I can say about Dr. Kleiner. I have spent the last two years in and out of the hospital, had two unsuccessful surgeries by highly recognized Dr.s in major hospitals in Boston and New York. I had an appointment days after my initial call, and a week and a half later he performed surgery. He explained my problem and why his surgery would help when others didn't. He was very compassionate, professional and skilled. I'm so thankful

Dr. Kleiner is one of the kindest, knowledgeable doctors I have ever had. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. He was very caring when I did not take my news especially well, and when he did my surgery, was there when I awoke to give me good news. I don't have enough good things to say about him and the team he as working with him, I am so very grateful that I had my surgery with him.

First visit Dr. Kleiner was thorough, clear, rational, open, and honest. He looked us in the eyes and shared his surgery statistics with us in an unblinking manner. His capabilities for what was to be a very complicated procedure seemed very clear to us, and in retrospect (after healing), we were very pleased. We could not have found a better surgeon. He had the technical and medical skills, as well as an excellent, unhurried patient bedside manner.

Dr Kleiner performed a complicated surgery on me. The results were great! During my 10 day stay at Danbury Hospital, it became apparent that his skills are held in high regard by all the nursing staff that I encountered. Also, he makes sure that his patients get nothing but the best of care. I highly recommend Dr Kleiner, and if I ever need surgery that falls within his speciality again, I will certainly insist on his services.

He conveys confidence and knowledge regarding your malady. His explanation as to what needs to be done was very clear and helpful. After my operation was completed his daily visits told me exactly what was about to happen pertaining to my recovery. He was correct each time. I will most certainly recommend him to serve my family and friends. He is the type of doctor we all need. A wonderful surgeon.

Dr. Kleiner took excellent care of my 86-year old mother. Although her surgery was simpler than many he performs, he was just as thorough and involved as if it had been much more serious. We were very pleased with him and would recommend him to anyone. Danbury Hospital is very fortunate to have Dr. Kleiner on staff.

Dr. Daniel Kleiner is the best surgeon you can trust. He and is staff like Mary Lou made me feel that I am in caring, experienced and calm professionals who looked me straight in the eyes and explained everything in detail simply to understand. A year ago I had my whippel surgery and feel like a brand new person. I thank my lucky starts and all my guardian angels that I found Dr. Kleiner.
