Went to Dr. Winner to treat Melanoma on my left calf. I can’t thank her enough for a successful surgery. I continue to see her regularly for post operative care. She is an extremely kind, competent and caring surgeon. I feel lucky to have such a great doctor. Would highly, highly recommend Dr. Winner.

I have never ever met a more compassionate and understanding doctor. She explains everything to you about your situation and does not just pass you off as a piece of surgical meat. She looks you in the eye, answers your questions, tells you the good and the bad. I have had more than a dozen surgeries in my lifetime and have never met another surgeon like her.

I was fortunate enough to meet Dr Winner in August, 2016 while I was in the emergency room at Winthrop Hospital. She performed my colon cancer surgery & an ileostomy which allowed my colon to heal. In May, 2017 she reversed the ileostomy and I'm now classified as cancer free. Through the entire process I found her to be a caring a compassionate individual who always took to time to explain treatments & procedures plus the patience to answer all my questions.

We are lucky enough to have Dr Winner to perform a Whipple procedure on our dad. We met w her this morning and she was kind, sympathetic & allowed us ask as many questions as we needed. My main concern was how many of these complex procedures she performs yearly. I read that it should be at least 15 a year & was so relieved to find out she does around 50. Clearly she is skilled at this particular surgery & had trained w the best of the best (Dr Cameron) of John Hopkins. thank you!
