Dr. Ellis is always gracious and friendly. He remembers my needs and personal quirks. He always acts happy to see me. When I experienced a mild heart attack, he made sure to express his concern to my partner when my partner had an appointment for his care. Dr. Ellis listens carefully. He answers truthfully and completely. He makes himself quickly available for emergencies. he is patient with those that are somewhat untrusting of doctors and hospitals which increases the likelihood that appropriate treatment will take place in a timely manner.

Nice guy, just not very interested in what you say
Dr Ellis is nice, but doesn't seem overly knowledgeable about a lot of things. His medical record keeping is remiss. He doesn't seem to care about your issues, he would rather push things aside or ignore them. He is friendly, but I wouldn't call him a "good" doctor (yet at least, maybe with more experience).
