Fabulous!
The other reviews on here are confusing to me because everyone at Dr. Palma’s office is so sweet, funny and empathetic. Dr. Palma and I had a few miscommunications early on, but nothing that couldn’t easily be fixed. He’s a very kind man, and really cares. Does he prescribe narcotics? No. That’s what pain management is for. But I’ve received no judgment about my weight issues, I’ve received only kindness and professionalism. They are very efficient as well.

Waited more than hour AFTER my scheduled appt. Before I finally seen Dr. Palma. Then he spent roughly 5 mins with me, wlaked out on me while I was stille expressing my health concerns. Didnt completely address my issues. Labs and xrays were 2 weeks ago still no call to discuss results or treatment options. Overall the worst medical experience of my life.

From desk staff Rachel is very very rude. She has no concern whatsoever about the patients calling in with problems. I talked to her multiple times in a few days waiting for a phone call from the nurse due to an acute flareup and she made no effort to have them teach me. Then when I finally did talk to the nurse, Rachel had not given them any of the information about what was going on with me.

I waited for about 2 hours, doctor spend good 5 minutes with me than walked out, 15 minutes latter nirse came with bloodwork, labs, xrays. She told me they will get hold of me as soon they get results back that was six weeks ago, today when I called, talked to rudest person Rachel, first she said they never got any of my work after giving them exact dates of my labs she was able to find them, just to tell me that doctor still did not look over them yet!

I waited 1 1/2 hours to see him, He spent about 10 minutes with me. The receptionist [Rachael] was very rude to patients who had been waiting as long as I was. When several patients asked for a survey she said the nurse would take care of that. I never received a survey. The nurse and receptionists did not wear name tags.
