Pretty much same experience as above. I only went to him because he was recommended by someone in Kaiser I trust. No bedside manner. Seemed frustrated with me and his colleagues before and during the procedure. Has no idea about my own personal health journey but proceeded to fat shame me after the procedure in a public space with a curtain drawn, which does not suddenly make it a private space. I was there to treat back pain I had since my second trimester of pregnancy, over two years. I’ve been making great progress with physical therapy and finally feeling physically and mentally stronger now that I’m prioritizing myself despite working full time, raising a toddler, and my father’s sudden death. Did Dr. Ching ask about any of that? No. Did he spend anytime getting to know me beyond the screen he stared at most of the time? No. Instead, he inserted unsolicited advice into my life post-procedure as though I was an unaware overweight woman who was doing nothing to help myself.

No bedside manner. Rude when he came into the room. Did not say hello or shake hands. Did not wear gloves or wash hands when he examined my sister, this was after coughing into his hands several times. Did not help with workers notes or disability. Did not believe my sister was in acute pain although she told him she had extreme pain. She has a large tarlov cyst on her spinal cord. A few doctors now have dismissed her pain and I think this is a sexist thing. I think they can't imagine a woman's pain in her nether regions so they dismiss any symptoms. Please consider not going to this doctor. One of the worst experiences I have had with a doctor. He should be ashamed.
