Dr. Caroline Cella, MD

I haven’t any issue with time or sharing my medical concerns with my health or wellbeing with Dr.Cella or intern Carlie . Staff seems to be very helpful to me & everything is more than appreciated.

My chief complaint is about the employees at Dr. Cella's office, located at Johnston-Willis hospital. The employees are apathetic, uncaring and even rude. The communication from Cella's office to me, to my pharmacy and to referred care was horrendous. A recent example is when I had COVID-19 and was eligible to receive monoclonal IV therapy. Cella's office failed to get me properly scheduled and therefore, I had to go the ER as my symptoms were worsening. During this crisis, her office employees made my spouse drive to their office on two occasions to get unnecessary leaflets about the therapy that could have been provided electronically. Even though we jumped through these hoops, I never got called for the therapy. My prescriptions were a constant issue while under Cella's "care". I changed doctors in the past month and I am so relieved to finally have good care and communication. I had forgotten that doctors are in the service business because of Cella's lack thereof.

She spends a lot if time and asks great questions. She addresses all of my concerns, explains things well, and has excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Cella.

Dr Cella has been my primary physician for many years. My last visit was for a cyst that ruptured and was getting infected. She allowed her staff to make an appointment on short notice, cleaned the cyst and gave me a prescription for an anti-inflammatory med until my previously scheduled appointment with a dermatologist.

Dr. Cella is always helpful, responsive, and patient and I always feel she truly cares about me and my health concerns. She is approachable and respectful and really wants to hear and respond to any concern I may have.

I have been Dr Cellas patient for nearly 30 years and I have trusted her care.

I have recommended Dr. Cella. She is a good physician.

Due to the corona virus I had a teleconference with Dr. Cella and her nurse Molly. They were just as thorough as they are when I go in and see them in person. I would recommend Dr. Cella to any of my friends. She is a very caring physician.

Because of social distancing order I have to communicated with doctor Cella by phone first l would say thank you the office staffs they are very nice and help me a lot. Doctor Cella was a wonderful primary care physician she was my pcp at least 15 years she speaks very slowly and always patient and try to explain carefully everything Thank you Dr Cella such a wonderful physician

Dr. Cella is the best primary care physician I have ever had. She takes her time to listen to your concerns and gives thoughtful options and sound medical advice. You never feel rushed. I am thankful to have Dr. Cella as my primary care physician. Her staff is equally as helpful and friendly. Great medical office!
