Bad communicator left the exam and didn't return
He left the exam room and never came back and he never explained anything. The nurse came in the room and said, 'you can go now'. I said, where did the doctor go 'I still had questions', I had to relay my questions through the nurse. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Dr. Morgan is kind and thorough
Dr. Morgan has been my doctor since coming to Richmond in 2016. I am extremely happy with the care I receive. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen and answer questions. There are many ways that his attention to detail has paid off for the good of my health. I recommend Dr. Morgan to anyone looking for a physician.

Thorough, caring, and attentive
Dr. Morgan is one of the best physicians I've had. He's been my PCP for several years now. He's attentive to my medical history and doesn't step outside his scope. He's thorough and the referrals he's recommended has been the difference between life and death. I am grateful for him and his team. I wouldn't trade him.

Dr. Morgan is a very dedicated and hardworking doctor. His nurses are the best that I've ever come in contact with, and I would recommend going to his office if you want a doctor who really cares about you.

This practice is just about volume not patient care. They do not spend time with your concerns or questions. The nurse/s that work for him are among the worse that I have ever worked with. Also, this practice does not offer good web services so you have to call them (which will easily take 20 minutes out of your day) whenever you have a question or need med refills.

Fabulous experience, appreciate the great care, treatment and work up of my acute GI troubles. Helped to get treatment underway and identification of issues before the specialist consultation. Great listener, thoughtful, kind and compassionate.
