First time patient. Dr. Gluck was soooo nice! He made sure I was comfortable and informed! Such a great Dr. I'm so glad I went in....I'm definitely a patient for life now!!!!!!

Dr. Gluck is an outstanding physician and person, along with his PA, Valerie. I saw him for the beginning of my first pregnancy but was met with awful bedside manner by his staff, so I switched OBGYNs. My second pregnancy, I decided to try Dr. Gluck’s office again because he is truly a great doctor. However, the same awful staff still worked there, from the front desk staff to the medical assistants. They speak to patients like they’re incompetent and inferior to them. Additionally, I got tested for a possible UTI and received my results through my email. I waited two weeks to see if the office would call me themselves with the results. That call never came. The office staff/medical assistants are some of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered. It is very unfortunate that I didn’t feel comfortable continuing to see Dr. Gluck because of the behavior of his support staff. I hope he chooses to replace them in the near future.

Everyone in the office was very nice and professional. I felt very safe with their Covid precautions and screening. They were on time with my appointment. I did not have to wait long. Dr. Gluck took time to listen to me and let me ask my questions etc.

Mandating the dtap and flu shots for pregnant women is horrendous. How many babies will expire from neurotoxin overload before you stop taking checks from Pharma ???

Dr. Gluck is by far the best Obgyn in El Paso, Texas. I have been his patient for 13 years and I completely trust him and his medical knowledge. He is always very sweet and makes you feel at ease. Dr. Gluck and Ms. Dahill do a phenomenal job at what they do. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. No complaints or issues. I would recommend.
