He was very thorough in his exam and gave me suggestions that my prior doctor had never mentioned. He asked about what was going on above my feet. I have had extensive surgery in the past on my legs and feet.

Very disappointed with the appointment I had with Dr. Bowen. He was very dismissive and wouldn’t let me talk. Had the audacity to tell me to change jobs (true that my career puts a lot of strain on my body, but that is not a helpful suggestion). Didn’t even touch my foot and barely looked at it. Tried to send me to PT, something I had already tried for several months. He scoffed at me for having been to several doctors to try and figure out why my foot was not getting better. If you have a simple, run of the mill, foot or ankle problem, he can probably handle that, but don’t bother if you need someone who will actually listen and try to help with a more challenging situation.

I am always promptly seen and never feel rushed. Dr. Bowen is very thorough and professional. He’s also a genuinely caring provider. He has literally given me my life back after 2 years of being unable to walk without pain.

Just recently our son had to have ankle surgery. Dr. Bowen and his staff are amazing. We are so grateful to have a Dr who treated our son like he was his own. In fact- when your son tells you that he felt comforted and most comfortable you know you made the right choice. I would highly recommend this Dr and will be referring him to our network. Thank you again Brian and staff! You guys are the best!!

I recently refractured a fractured metatarsal. I went to the Urgent Care clinic on NE Sandy where an X-ray confirmed the injury. They highly recommended Dr. Bowen. I was seen two days later and I was totally impressed with his evaluation, his professionalism and the information he shared to get my foot healing quickly. I have gone to ortho docs for other injuries and was never given the verbal and written information that Dr. Bowen supplied. I recommended a friend, who was impressed, too.

Wouldn't prescribe any compound pain lotion, cortisone shot, or ankle brace-all would have helped me. He does like to sell his $60 orthotics though! He's nice enough, he just wasn't at all helpful with my ankle problems.
