Dr. Brent Tabor, DPM

Didn’t even get my appointment. Arrived to the location and after entering the front door, the sign outside where the office was supposed to be said to go around the building. I am disabled and in a wheelchair and this made me late. Once I got there they told me the doctor couldn’t see me because I was late after failing to mention beforehand that there are extra steps to enter the office.

I am a current patient of Dr. Tabor whose treatment requires a surgical procedure, soon to be former patient. Dr. Tabor provided standard professional care in assessing my condition and in identifying a treatment plan.Notwithstanding Dr. Tabor’s excellence of care, the staff serving his practice, and in particular the individual scheduling procedures, are simply failing the practice and patients.My initial visit was in late September of 2023 and as of today (11/7/2023), the individual scheduling my procedure has not called me to inform me of further steps or to establish expectations for how long the process might be. In fact, had I not started calling over the last 4 days, I am not confident that any of Dr. Tabor’s administrative staff would have reached out to me.The provider can only share their expertise if supporting staff is passionate and engaged in the practice of serving patients.Unfortunately, I am afraid that if I were a patient without the ability to advocate for my

5 starts from appointment to surgical procedure. Dr. Tabor and his entire team were thorough and informative. I would definitely recommend.

Restroom not working at time of visit in entire building at Forestville office. How disgusting and horrible for patients. Office staff didn't even have the decency to offer their facilities. Free clinics are better. Won't be returning. Enough said.

Dr. Tabor was very thorough and explained exactly what was going on with my feet. He answered all of my questions and designed a treatment protocol to manage my issue. After a few months of trying everything but surgery (I did not want surgery) we eventually agreed that was the only thing that was going to solve my foot problems. He took the time to explain exactly what would happen during surgery and how long recovery would be. I also like his dry sense of humor.
