This MD awful is terrible, they do not answer the phone, not even for pharmacists. they do not care if you get your meds or not and these meds are life and death. Go somewhere else! They Medical Board needs to close this office!

Dr Baliga has provided comprehensive and compassionate care for my husband and me for several years now. I would highly recommend him to those needing an excellent endocrinologist. His P.A., Kristen Osterrieder is also a great resource! Both are very intuitive and dedicated to patient care.

The staff is very rude and needs to work on their bedside manner

The receptionists are so rude and unfriendly! Both times calling they were condescending and sounded like they were having bad days...two different ppl with the same nasty attitude.

Was great. Considering the time we are living in, the staff wore appropriate masks and held the 6ft. contact with other patients. Dr and staff very professional.

He is really nice and he doesn't make you feel stupid for asking questions. I like him a lot ! I left my original endocrinologist to go to him and it was the best decision I could have made! The other dr was so mean and made me feel like a loser... Dr. Baliga made me feel like I actually mattered. I highly recommend him and his staff is really nice also. Lastly they do blood work right there so you don't have to go somewhere else to get blood work then go to the doctors office! I call that a win-win!

Renee the receptionist is horrible. I provided her with my insurance card and she didn’t even bother to look at it! I am a new patient so I’m unsure of where she got her info because she asked me did I have Cigna. I said to her you just gave me my insurance card back did you not look at it? It is BCBS. She says oh and takes it back and starts entering it in. I don’t know if she told the staff or not but after me calling her out I had to wait another hour. All the patients that came after me had been called and I had come 30 minutes early! Renee needs more training!

Dr. Baliga is an amazing doctor, and I literally owe him for giving me my life back. I have Hashimoto’s Disease and was very sick prior to visiting him. My fatigue and joint pain were so severe that I was nearly disabled. I had visited numerous doctors who were not able to help me including another endocrinologist in town. A friend recommended Dr. Baliga. He IMMEDIATELY knew what was wrong and gave me the proper medication. Thanks to him, I finally feel alive and am living a full life again!

My experience with the Columbus office has been awful. First they said new patient paperwork was mailed to my home, but I never got it. Apparently it was returned undeliverable. Funny, the rest of my mail arrives fine. Second, I get a voicemail reminding me that my appt is Wed. the 20th of March. There is no such Day. But I can't make appts on Tues. so I go with Wed. Wrong, appt was Fri. After I drove 40 min. I find out! Arrive Fri. wait 1.5 hrs past appt, ask for copay back and left.

I am and always have been indescribably appreciative for all Dr. Baliga and Staff have done for my health needs over the past 10 plus years. I have myself, worked in the medical field, and I've never experienced any physician or staff that were so thorough, competent, and professional as those at this practice. I will forever be grateful.

I have just recently started seeing Dr. Baliga. I could not be happier. He is very personable and made me feel he had my best interest at heart. He is open minded about my opinions and works to make you feel comfortable. The staff is one of the best I have come across.

Dr Baliga, Kristen and staff are amazing. Yes you have to wait because he is highly sought after but it is well worth it. He treats your symptoms and not just the numbers. He listens and cares. He is willing to try other options if you aren't happy with results. He truly wants you to feel like yourself again. Never once has he told me my issues are all in my head. I have seen several other endocrinologists but after I met him, I will never see another.

He treats you like you are 2, and runs useless tests just to get money.

Dr. Baliga and the staff in the Columbus Georgia office are not only thorough but very friendly and accommodating. I recently switched to his practice a month ago and thus far I am seeing BETTER glucose test numbers than I have seen in YEARS. I know at times there is a short wait past appointment time but I chalk that up to caring. Dr. Baliga takes the time to explain all new medications and answers ANY questions I may have concerning my health HIMSELF. I am over the moon happy with Dr B.

Dr. Baliga is incredibly thorough and efficient. He was able to get my thyroid regulated when another endocrinologist in town jacked it up unnecessarily. His office staff is friendly and helpful (in Opelika.) I would highly recommend him to anyone.
