Finally got my 1st appt after so many times calling w no answer. Then I wait over an hour, and I pay $150 out of pocket up front. I go to the front desk and ask for a refund because I haven’t been seen. They then tell me “you’re the next one!” (Even though I was not, and others had been waiting about 2 hours). I go and meet the Dr Baliga who tells me to schedule labs and a biopsy (didn’t even get an ultrasound or anything). Couldn’t tell me any info about why my thyroid might be swollen. (I’ve already had labs from another place). After maybe 8 minutes with the dr (probably more like 5 minutes), I leave. $150 gone for nothing. I didn’t go back ever, didn’t get labs or anything from them. That was months ago. Today I get a bill in the mail for $200 MORE dollars!! For what???? Because that appointment was worth $350?? They told me it was $150 that day, so I paid beforehand. Crazy that now, months later, it’s $350. I’m disgusted.
