Dr. Valderama takes time every visit to listen to your concerns.Every time he reviews any changes and discusses options for treatment. He gives you a report of the visit in case you want to review your labs and instructions. I see many Dr.s and he spends the most time with me. His office handles refills quickly. I only wish I could use the portal. It is not used friendly. Dr. Valderama has gone the extra mile for me in order to get the best care and equipment.

I am a new patient, and had a good, but quick visit. I was referred by my rheumatologist for my thyroid. I checked in, and I think I waited about 15 minutes to be called back. Nurse was pleasant and prompt. I had another very short wait before Dr. Valderrama came in. He was pleasant and direct. He seemed to be thorough asking many questions. He walked me to have labs, and continued to answer questions I had. Overall, an A+ visit.

Dr. Valderrama is a very kind, caring and compassionate doctor. I have adrenal insufficiency and he has done his best to find out through thorough testing what is wrong with me. He always listens and does his best to get to the bottom of my health problems. I really like him and would recommend him to patients who suffer with adrenal disease.
