Dr. Arturo Hernandez, MD

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Hernandez for over ten years. He is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. I appreciate that he does not resort to prescribing medication as his first option. He allowed me to modify my diet and regimen, which enabled me to avoid medication for a few more years. His staff has been, promptly responding with information, prescriptions, and appointments. The staff is also friendly and genuinely interested in the patients. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Hernandez his staff, who both deserve an A+ rating.

If i could give Zero stars i would, I worked there for almost 3 weeks Told the wife that i have a condition and i might have to miss here and there she said yes no problem. The time passes on she complians about my absences and as a manager doesnt come and ask me whats going on or nothing all she cared about was running a buisness. I told her we are humans we get sick, we have to go to doctors appointments she didnt care she let me go. Which i personally think its so unprofessional on her side. Dr. Arturo is a very good doctor, Polite, and nows what he is doing. Awsome Doctor. I am just so disappointed i got fired for being a human but oh well just wanted to let you guys know.

I can confidently say that Dr. Hernandez is an outstanding primary care physician. Dr. Hernandez consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism and expertise. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and provides thorough explanations or recommendations for my care. His approach is patient-centered. The office staff is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Hernandez to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring primary care physician.

Went to him when my insurance changed. Best choice I cld have made. He’s a keeper. Feeling great again n it’s all owed to him. Highly recommend him. There is always quite a long wait. But he’s worth it. Staff is ok. I’ve had worse but I’ve had better. I’m an ex medical employee. I worked with Dr. Vernoy Walker. And I just feel that certain staff members are great and some are not to friendly or helpful. But we all have our good and bad days. But the Dr is a great dr. He goes above and beyond to help his patients.

Love Dr.Hernandez he is very attentive and has good bedside manner but hate his staff. They don’t act like they care, didn’t even acknowledge me when I came in and waited at the desk

I have taken my mother who is disabled to see Dr. Hernandez for the past few years and he has always been very patient with her and addressed all of her medical concerns as best possible. I will continue to take her to see Dr. Hernandez since he is very pleasant and professional. I’m happy with the attention that he has been able to give my mother. He also speaks Spanish very well and it helps since my mom only speaks Spanish. If you are in need of a primary doctor I seriously recommend Dr. Hernandez.

I was struggling with a referral for a couple of days. Going back and forth with the specialist. Dr. Hernandez's staff stepped in and was able to get me an authorization. Issac is the guy helping out in that department. Very helpful!!

Every time I come into the office requesting to be seen same day they accept me. I know its a long wait but it saves me an urgent care or ER visit. Dr. Hernandez is great and the staff is always kind. Dr. Hernandez is a genuine and caring person.

Great Doctor!! The wait is a long but Dr. Hernandez takes his time with. He explains results in a way Ill understand instead of rushing me off like most other doctors. I Don't mind the wait due to the care i get.

I have been a patient of Dr. hernandez for the past 6 years. My family are also patients for his. The wait is like every other place. BUT the CARE and attention that he gives us is what keeps up. Friendly staff as well!!

Dr. Hernández is great doctor, highly recomended. He listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. I did not wait more that 10 min from signing in to see him. All staff were very kind.

Dr. Hernandez is a satisfactory doctor. I would change my review very quickly if he was able to do something about the performance of his office staff. They don't necessarily need to love bomb patients, but they lack integrity. Always blaming "the system" and will quickly send you away with a hastily rescheduled appointment. Verify your patient information on your paperwork, I have spotted simple yet critical errors in mine. Be ready to be assertive with the receptionist.

My husband & I have been patients of Dr. Hernandez for 10 years. At one point, I was seeing him twice a month. In all that time he has always treated us with the utmost respect, pleasant, & given us as much time as we needed to discuss our particular problem. He is the worse provider I have ever dealt with. He is a disappointment to the medical community I will never go back to see him. He never has answers about my labs, condition etc.

Dr. Hernandez's office is extremely unprofessional. Because of their poor service, I have opted to find a different physician.
