Great job on my drooping eyelids
Dr. Munro performed Ptosis surgery on my eyelids. I had had this surgery 20 years ago, but it was time to do it again. Dr. Munro answered all my questions and put me at east. In spite of some unexpected complications because of scar tissue from my previous surgery, the surgery by Dr. Munro went very well and I am very pleased. He has a good "bedside manner" in spite of the fact that the surgery is done in the office.

Did a great job on my brow and eyelid lift surgery...improved my vision considerably.... My only disappointment was I had hoped to look like Sean Connery's twin, but that did not happen. :)

My only disappointment was that Dr. Monro abruptly left his Rhode Island practice to move to VA without allowing me the opportunity to discuss some very important questions I had about the outcome of of my dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR) is a type of surgery done to create a new tear drain between your eyes and your nose. The surgery failed after 2 attempts. I was left with the same blocked tear duct. He left RI for overseas military training immediately after the second failed surgery and never returned.

Dr. Munro recently did a surgery on the muscles of my husband's eyes. He came out in terrible pain and his eyes were worse than before the operation. When I contacted Dr. Munro to discuss our options, he was extremely defensive. After two other opinions, we have found out that there were a lot of things that went wrong (both doctors saying the same thing). I hate to post bad reviews but I would want to know this before going to an eye surgeon. I don't know if we were just unlucky and I am certainly hopeful that is the case. I would hope they would not have someone at this well respected practice that has not been vetted so maybe we just had an unfortunate and rare experience. I would certainly think twice and do my research before visiting him. We are now 5 months later and waiting for the trauma in the eye to relieve so we can have a follow up surgery to fix the problems that Dr. Munro incurred.

Dr. Munro did a Fantastic job on my eyelid surgery! I didn't realize just how much view I had lost with my seriously drooping eyelids and growing fat sacs which made the situation even worse. He told me everything that was going to happen and in a most professional and patient oriented manner preformed the procedure. I couldn't be Happier with the results! Thank You Dr. Munro!!
