Dr. Doerr was a very patient man with out 2 year old granddaughter. However, his technician leaves a lot to be desired. This office does NOT have inventive ways to relate to toddlers. Nothing more than a picture on the wall. Technician not well trained for pediatrics, did not try to relate to her at all or show her she was a friend and not to be afraid. Technician ordered the WRONG glasses and the office refuses to refund so we can go elsewhere. Worst experience, will not return.
