Dr. Amy Wang, MD

# 1: At my doctor's request, due to my having stage 3 lung Cancer, she previously told me if the rattling in my chest when I inhaled continued to bring it to her attention. I did, but she was rushed the day I mentioned it, and in her exasperation, she said she was doing me a 'favor' to have it done and she had to go ‘cause she had other patients to see. I was floored! I awaited approval for the x-ray to make an appointment, but unfortunately, her staff did not submit the order to my insurance company until 3 days later although they lied claiming they did earlier. # 2: I was supposed to have an exam done, and did, and await the results in 2 weeks. When I called to find out the results, the doctor apologized claiming the facility made a mistake and did the wrong exam, but I found out later that it was her staff member who submitted the codes incorrectly and I had to redo the exam and await another 2 weeks for the results. I don't feel this office cares enough about this patient.
