A really excellent neurologist
Dr. Kloman knows his stuff, he listens well, he explains everything clearly, and he allows the patient to become a pretty much equal partner in decision-making. Only thing is, I'm losing him! He's moving to Dartmouth-Hitchcock in NMew Hampshire, which is a bit of a long drive from here.

I stopped seeing him and found another doctor!
Dr. Kloman refused to see me in his office unless I received the vaccine. I was only offered a by phone visit!

Dr. Kloman is excellent. He listened carefully and immediately identified the problem. His interpretation of the MRI was significantly better than the Neurologist we saw at MGH in Boston. My husband and I left the appointment feeling elated.

After suffering from Post-Concussion Syndrome for ten years and seeing many (many) professionals, Dr. Kloman was the first doctor who empathized with my pain and was willing to try alternative options to help me manage my migraines. I am deeply grateful to have found Dr. Kloman.

Very smart, educated, professional and wise! He is very wise. He deals with data and tells the truth! In my case the Radiologist missed important information contained inn the scan. Dr. Kloman said he was going to follow up with the Radiologist th make sure he understand what he had done wrong!

The best.. Combines the best of Dr.- Pt relationship from the past: respect, listening skills, a physical, explanations, recommendations. Look at his education.. A Dr. who gets it and is both conservative and thoughtful.

I saw Dr. Kloman regarding hormonal headaches. He gave me the standard neurological physical exam and then we talked about my headaches. He told me that we probably wouldn't be able to prevent the headaches, he couldn't give me an estimate on when they might cease, he didn't have a better treatment than the triptans I was already taking and then, he closed his eyes for probably 15 seconds, opened them and said, "I think you should work on your core". This consult was a complete waste of my time.

This doctor is awesome! In addition to being a great doctor with a great education and a wealth of experience, he is a wonderful person! He's a straight talker and he will tell you anything you want to know and you will not be rushed. You will ALWAYS see him and nobody less qualified. I am so pleased to have found Dr. Kloman! ps: he decorates his exam rooms (himself!) - how adorable is that?

Worst bedside manner I've ever seen, don't ask questions or he'll think you are "getting pissy" (his words). Refuses to give blood tests for 3+ years, medical knowledge questionable. If you need a good neurologist then look elsewhere.

I went to Dr. Kloman 17 years ago having suffered from a variety of headaches all my life mostly diagnosed as sinus but culminating in ice-pick headaches. His suggestion to add more magnesium to my daily diet/regimen has resulted in an amazingly drastic reduction in frequency, duration and severity and has made my life so much more pleasant. I have not had to cancel my participation in many activities as previously. This appointment was for a completely different reason but I wanted his input.
