You never see the doctor except for procedures. The PA that I had was cold and unfeeling. Some of the office staff are very nasty. They act like you are bothering them. The doctor also has very limited communication skills. He’s an adequate doctor and is warm and friendly but I had some serious issues that I wish he had discussed more openly with me. So after many years with this practice, I have decided to change doctors. In just one visit to my new doctor, he went over ALL my health issues in clear concise communication. It was reassuring.

He is a warm and compassionate Dr. He has called me personally to see how I am. Dr. Diaz-Ordaz performed an endoscopy on my mom, who is approaching 91 years old. He was especially patient with her, kind, and explained in detail what he had done, without rushing. Great experience.

Dr. Diaz-Ordaz is absolutely amazing. He really takes the time to listen. He went the extra mile for me in identifying and ultimately treating a condition that no one else could. He got me out of extreme pain. I am truly grateful to him and his staff.

Sh@t show at its finest. No one is on the same page. No one calls you back and at times can take a month to respond to you via the portal. I’m not sure why everyone but the doctor you’re seeing responds to you. I have never felt like anything but a test dummy. You should try not eating gluten they said…. HELLO I’ve been GF for years!!! So sad that they don’t even know their own patients diet that they themselves told you to follow! It’s time to go back to school folks or hang up your coat and call it a day!

Tried calling many times and the office NEVER called back. If they can’t take new patients it would have been nice if they would have called back to say so. Finally got another GI dr Daniel Camara in West Seneca Without even seeing me he scheduled the EGD at Sisters hosp. Talked to him after procedure and he said it was cancer and called the Roswell dr to make arrangements to see him. What a kind and caring Dr he is who cares for patients

Remarkably rude staff who act like your presence is an inconvenience and a burden. They never answer the phone, rarely if ever return calls. Heather Larson repeatedly prescribes antibiotics for SIBO and intestinal issues but never makes any attempt to help in fixing the actual root of the problem or set you on the right path to recovery after. She laughed in my face when expressing concerns about my health and is not much better in the attitude department.

Dr.Albert Diaz-Ortiz is an exceptional professional. He talked to me before and after the procedures and I felt very confident I will heal soon. The staff, from reception to nurses where loving and caring as we need in these situations. I highly recommend Dr Albert and his staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Diaz-Ordaz for over 10 years. Lucky for me, I haven't needed to be seen there in over 3 years. I called for an emergency appointment because I was pooping blood, and they advised me that because I haven't been seen in a few years, I would be considered a new patient and an appointment wasn't available until 3.5 weeks out. I was confused because it was an emergency! I even questioned them, reiterating the reason I needed an appointment, and they had ZERO care for what was happening with me. They only cared about their policy and didn't even attempt to get me in any sooner than 3.5 weeks! They treated me as if I was not important. I was appalled by their lack of care for my medical situation, so I contacted Dr. Joseph Mills and Dr. Jeffrey Visco, who got me an appointment the VERY NEXT MORNING. I was relieved to have found a doctor's office who thought my emergency situation was such, and I am SO THANKFUL to not be a part of a terrible office any longer!!!

Rude workers. There hours r only to 3:30 pm never return phone calls.

Doctor explains things and options easily. He is patient, kind, and friendly. I didn't feel rushed and I felt heard. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Only see him during a procedure!

What a kind man, and a really good doctor! He's conservative in his approach which I appreciate. When I had a real concern about something he was kind enough to call me back at home after a long day. I know this is not something usual so I appreciated his time and effort.

Poor scheduling,my wife was sent/called with a different time the doctor staff had, an hour difference. He was over an hour behind when we arrived at his office. I lost a half days pay because of their incompetence.

I have been his patient for many years. He is compassionate and trustworthy. He has saved my life despite the fact I have been very sick fora long time. He is easy to communicate with and will spend his time explaining procedures. I trust him and his professional staff.

Dr Diaz Ordaz is one of the best doctors I have ever had, he take the time to talk to you and try to find the problem, hes always upfront and honest....I couldnt say anything but good things about him and i have been seeing him for years and will follow where ever he is if possible. ( HE IS THE BEST OF THE BEST ).

Dr. Diaz - Ordaz, Elaine, and Heather truly care about you. They're a busy office but you never feel like they're rushing through your appointment. They genuinely care and want to get you feeling better.
