Dr Porter has made a mess of my eyes. He did cataract surgery plus laser. My eyes were worse after the surgery than before. He tried a couple of different procedures to no avail. It’s as if my eyes had a grinder taken to it and are much worse off than before. I would never recommend Dr Porter to anyone. The only reason I even gave him one star is because I had to put something

I did my research of the other eye doctors in the Nashville area and actually met with 3 other eye surgeons in Nashville. After my cataract consultation with Dr. Porter, I was convinced he was the guy to trust for my cataract procedure. He is relatively new to the South Nashville area (he moved from Bowling Green, KY) and is very skilled. He answered all of my questions and offered many options based on my eye conditions, and was extremely knowledgable. His staff was great, too. No complaints!
