Dr. Kelly Everman, MD

I called a few,...I was told the consult would be free. Got a surprise bill 4 weeks later. The fee was higher then the ones you told me what the fee would be. Furious to say the least.

From the consultation, through scheduling, and the surgery center, everything was beyond my expectations. Dr. Everman is incredibly wise, empathetic, and compassionate. He quickly honed in on my issues and developed a plan to resolve them. His patient liaison person, Josh is fantastic. It is so rare to find a great doctor with a great staff. Dr. Everman has done that. The surgery center was great- everyone was amazing.I'm now three days into recovery. I can't believe how good it looks and how quickly I'm healing. My upper lids were so bad, my vision was deteriorating. Presently I don't need glasses anymore. I don't if that will continue but if it does, it's a close to a miracle as you can get.Thank you to Dr. Evernan, his incredible staff and surgery center! One of the best decisions I've ever mad.!

I highly recommend Dr. Everman. He did my recent stent surgery on both of my tear ducts. I have had no issues with my surgery. He went over everything that might be done before your surgery and what recommendations that would help the problem. He is very knowledgeable. He also has a wonderful staff. Thank you, Lisa Stacey

Dr. Everman is a very knowledgeable and empathetic physician. He has wonderful bedside manner and put me at ease during my procedure. His staff is so friendly and professional from the front desk, to his nursing staff, to the billing department. Their sincere caring attitude really sets them apart from many other offices. I appreciate the way I was looked after and made to feel so special from the very first visit and all throughout my followup visits! I have already recommended him to others!

There is absolutely no follow up patient care! They will not call you, even if you call them. They will not send you home with any papers on how to care for the procedure, they will not check on you, or tell you how to use the medicine they prescribe. Then many not even call your medicine in in a timely fashion. I feel like Dr. Everman did a good job at the actual procedure but there is more to it than that. When you have a procedure done there needs to be follow up and patient care! None!
