First we saw Dr Aimee who runs the entire operation. She practically laughed in our faces at our pain and referred us to a subordinate, Colin Ryan. We saw him once. He interrupted countless times, joking that he is on ADHD meds, but gave us hope as he pointed out a few things. His handouts were hard to follow, but we did the research online and looked forward to benefiting from additional insights, if poorly delivered. He lent us a book. They are far away, but we made special plans for a 7 pm appointment with Colin again, only to arrive at a dark, locked office. No one answered our phone calls or offered any explanation! What kind of unprofessional operation is this?! A waste of many hours of our lives. I have never seen such loser therapists. Avoid them at all costs.

I switched mental health providers because my insurance changed. My main therapist wanted me to cycle off meds and begin TMS therapy. I have clinical depression, making it difficult to live. I weaned off all of my meds and met with 3 doctors from Aimee & Associates. All agreed I have clinical serious depression. Said they would submit paperwork to insurance for TMS approval. I've been waiting over a month for a response. I called insurance and NOBODY SUBMITTED ANYTHING TO INSURANCE. I've called the office MANY times but nobody is calling me about this. They just take a message and say they will pass it on, and that is where it disappears. This office doesn't care about helping people. Avoid this office at all costs if you're depressed. This office will make it worse. I've tried many times to get someone to make a difference, nobody from this office actually cares, because they cant upcharge me and I cant afford their EXTRAS

Don’t waste your money like I did. I signed up for the Wellness Program they offer, back in August 2020. When I saw Dr. Aimee for the consult, she assured me that they stood behind their Wellness Program so much so that they offer 100% money back guarantee, if I were not satisfied with the program. I wasted about $8,500 on the 10 month Wellness Program. That’s a lot of money. A few months into the program I realized that it was not what I expected or wanted. I let Dr. Aimee know about my dissatisfaction, and she said I must finish the program in order to get the money back guarantee. I finished the program and in the middle of May 2021 I requested my money back. After about a month of trying to contact them (by phone, email, and patient portal) I was told that I would only be reimbursed for the money that was not used and was mailed a check for $841. I have voiced my frustration numerous times and requested to speak to the manager/owner of the practice and they stopped responding.
