Regency Medical Center

I am a transfer patient after my doctor retired. I have tried to adjust to this busier and more populated practice, however their service has been less than satisfactory and with this last call where they blamed me for being difficult because I was pushing back against them telling me that they were too busy and had too many patients to help with my issue, I have had enough. They provide NO service and perhaps some people are used to that and will accept it. I. WILL. NOT. I was told that I had been often rude with staff. If sounding frustrated and pushing somewhat to receive help is rude, then yes. There has NEVER been any raised voice or rude language. In a service industry telling the patient/customer that THEY are the problem is NO WAY to do business.
