Dr. Mehan is great, but the complete lack of follow up is extremely irritating. It’s been a week and I still have not been contacted to schedule surgery. This is the second time the office has dropped the ball. I really like Dr. Mehan so I’m going to continue, for now, to put up with the lack of customer service.Follow up: Time to take my health care to someone who cares. I'm tired of feeling like a number with no genuine concern for my well being. The staff lacks customer service, there's little to no communication, no call backs after leaving messages, and they're rude on the phone. A year and a half as a patient and it feels like it was a complete waste of my time.

Do not not go here unless you like being lied to. I need a new Doctor that will actually be available to be seen. I called to see if they operate in Mesa as I need a doctor that is near by due to work. The office staff said that the doctors operate out of the office 5 days a week and that I can be seen only in mesa and that they have a lot of doctors and open schedule. That is not the case. My Doctor who was the only good part of the appointment is only available on Fridays in Mesa. His appointments are 2 months out. If I wanted to be seen regularly I have to drive to Queen Creek to be seen 4 days a week. That is not what I was told when I scheduled my appointment and when I told them that this is not what they said when I scheduled my appointment, they argued with me rather than apologizing for lying to me. They just wanted my and my insurance money and did not care what they had to say to get it. Dishonest staff is why I will not be back and Honesty matters.
