Definitely recommend
Saw Dr. Herrick’s Nurse Practitioner Alecia Berlin. She always listens to my concerns & answers questions where I can understand & spends adequate time with me. All staff involved in my care was courteous & friendly (NP, nurse, lab, scheduling). Would definitely recommend this establishment for pain control.

Wow just wow
Hi I have been coming to the center for pain for a long time and I was never treated today how I was treated before. I hear a lot of people talk bad about the center for pain. But I never experienced it until today. I went for a check up and they had someone new there whom I'm pretty sure did not go through my profile if she did she would have seen that I was and I am always in alot of pain I have had over 23 surgery's 4 major ones that almost killed me. So then nurse whom I seen today was talking to me in a rush and not with care at all. And talking to me like I was stupid I was like wow. I mean I almost just asked to see who I always see which the Dr is very nice to me and he talks to me with care and never rushes me. Explains thing when I don't understand he is very thorough. Like Dr Herrick. Whom is is awesome as well. But the lady had a very stank attitude with me. I was asking about different things I could try. And she seen all the medication I am on why because I am a very ser

Follow Up Appointment
Got to say, Yesterday 28 November 2023 was one of the Most Disappointing Appointments I've ever had at Center for Pain, Montgomery, AL! Got there at 1320hrs, Appointment was at 1330hrs. Was called back at 1445hrs, then sat is a room for 30 plus mins. Then a PA came in around 1515hrs and ask lots of Questions! Was expecting some relief of the Sciatica Nerves, Shots, etc... Sent me to check out with refills prescriptions. Wouldn't even send prescriptions to the VA like they did last Appointment, the excuse was VA is hard to deal with! So, walked out of there office at 1602hrs just like I went in no ReLeaf. Each Visit has been a different PA. So far 4 Appointments and haven't seen Dr Herrick yet! So for me Wasted $$$$$!
