Your trust is our top concern.

They listen and involve you in all aspects of care
The entire staff is friendly and respectful of your concerns and take time to explain treatment alternatives, explain so procedures are fully understood in order to assist in determining a treatment routine for your specific situation. In my judgment their approach is to begin with an initial treatment and see how effective it is for you. It is always a considered incremental approach rather than immediately selecting higher level approaches. This allows for trying additional approaches rather than starting with the highest level. This leads to finding an effective level while reserving higher levels for condition changes over time. Management is the watch word . They don’t make false promises for “miracle” results but make you aware of limits and real-world results. Work with them and make use of their expertise and you will find excellent options for managing your issues and improving your quality of life. They care and won’t steer you wrong (my humble opinion).

Practice was sold. & definitely gone down hill since then. I have not seen a doctor in over a year & recently saw another NP ( I’ve seen at least 5 or 6 different NPs in as many months)who was rude & cared less about the patient or how to address their problems. Patient care has definitely suffered. Staff turnover is seen in every area.

I’ve had issues here…
I’ve been with Dr. Katz for a very long time and I’ve seen things in his offices change dramatically! I used to see him every time I came in, now I see a different np or whoever is willing to work that day. It’s extremely confusing to me, as a patient, not knowing who I’m going to talk to when I go in each time, and if they will know my history, or chose to read my chart. Also it seems that sometimes these different people will give different answers to the same questions. There are times I just want to see my doc. Period.

Likely
What stands out the most? My NP Alicia. She listens, she remembers your issues, and helps you navigate your pain with the best possible treatment. If Dr Herrick is smart man he will keep her around. She is probably the best NP I have ever had, any where! That doesn't mean she will give you whatever you ask for because if she doesn't think it will help she will tell you just that! I think she is knowledgeable, smart, kind and honest, and beautiful inside as well as outside.
