He concluded his training with the highest-volume orthopaedic trauma fellowship in the nation at Orlando Regional Medical Center. It was there that he honed his skills in complex polytrauma patient management, pelvis & acetabulum fracture care, deformity reconstruction, nonunion/malunion treatment, periprosthetic fractures and joint reconstruction including direct anterior hip replacement. Following his fellowship, he sought and obtained a job to be back DFW to continue caring for the population that he became so familiar with in residency. Dr. Green's passion is treating patients and getting them back to their pre-injury function. He believes that includes proper treatment of their orthopedic injuries, and also working with his patients to get through the mental and social struggles that can coincide with those injuries.
