Mariano Arosemena, MD is a vascular surgeon at The Vascular Center at the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center and a clinical assistant professor of surgery at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Dr. Benjamin is a nationally recognized leader in the treatment of renal artery disease and all fields of endovascular interventions. Dr. Benjamin is a Registered Vascular Technologist and is a Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He is the Medical Director of the Maryland Vascular Center and Chief of Surgery at UM Baltimore Washington Medical Center.

Dr. Nelms completed his vascular surgery training at the University of Maryland Medical Center. He specializes in the latest minimally invasive endovascular techniques including angioplasty and stenting to treat peripheral arterial, venous and aneurysm disease. Dr. Nelms is the Chief of Vascular Surgery at UM BWMC, a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and is board certified in general and vascular surgery.

Dr. Neschis completed his surgical residency and vascular surgery fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He has been in practice in the University of Maryland system since July, 2000 where he has been instrumental in the development of the vascular surgery and endovascular program and has helped train over 50 vascular surgeons. While at the University of Maryland Medical Center he accumulated one of the largest experiences in the world in the field of minimally invasive repair of traumatic aortic injury. Dr. Neschis currently serves as the Chair of the Surgical Performance Improvement Committee at the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center. He has over 20 years of experience in the treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysms, carotid artery disease, limb salvage surgery, and a wide variety of diseases involving the arterial and venous circulation.
