I went to Dr. Spittler as a very nervous, 47 year old woman looking to get a breast reduction after a lifetime of carrying around heavy breast tissue. Dr. Spittler was excellent at explaining the surgery, what my recovering would look like as well as ensuring, before surgery, that I had all my questions answered. On the day of surgery, he came into the operating room, put his hand on my shoulder, probably sensing my nervousness, he said to me he understood I have spent a lifetime looking a certain way and he promised me that all the reasons that I wanted this reduction were and the life change I so needed would come true. He really seemed to understand all the apprehension I had laying in that bed waiting for surgery that morning. I didn't even mention it to him or the nurse. I have never been happier and more comfortable. All my neck and shoulder pain are gone. I can even run faster than I could before surgery because I am not carrying around all that extra weight on my chest.

Very informative and professional. I have been going to Dr. Spittler for over 20 years, mainly for mole removal. My last visit was for a face lift (neck) and heavy eyelids. Never once did I have a doubt, feel uncomfortable with my decision or unhappy with my results. In fact as I continue to heal the results just keep getting better. I still look like myself, but refreshed! Dr. Spittler's staff are professional, courteous, caring experts in their field.
