His evidence-based and patient-centered approach incorporates exercise, mindfulness, nutrition, and medication management. Josh understands that today’s world is demanding and wants to provide more accessible care.

Jaime has over 11 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about listening to her patients, understanding their goals, and providing accurate diagnoses and effective treatment options. Jamie enjoys attending local festivals, bicycling, swimming, and spending time with her dogs, Edith and Laszlo.

Jane has over 30 years of experience in mental health care. She has a holistic, patient-centered approach. Jane previously worked in the intensive care, surgical, labor and delivery, and psychiatric units. She enjoys cooking, reading, traveling and is an adjunct professor.

Dr. Ahmed Abdelrazek’s patient-centered approach aims to empower patients to make informed decisions about their mental health and take proactive steps toward fulfilling lives. Dr. Abdelrazelk aspires to understand his patients through multiple perspectives, recognizing that their experiences and identities are shaped by more than solely biology. Dr. Abdelrazek understands how important brain chemistry is. By looking closely at each patient’s life, especially their childhood, he can see how this has shaped how patients see and interact with the world, their psychological strengths and weaknesses, and how this has affected their lives.

Addie became interested in mental health after encountering a veteran with mental health issues. She provides a holistic, evidence-based approach to treating the entire patient instead of individual symptoms. Addie wants her patients to feel dignified and self-determinate.
