Dr. Moquin is amazing! She is super friendly and easy to talk with. Dr. Moquin is very knowledgeable with LGBTQ+ care when it comes to questions about PrEP and she understands the support transgender patients need as well.

The wait time was very long. I first waited 30 minutes in the waiting area. Then, I probably waited another 20 to 30 minutes to see a medical student who was working with Dr. Moquin. The total time taken to see my primary doctor was around 2 1/2 hours. I hope that wait times to see doctors can be reduced.

My appointment is supposed to be 9 am but I was called like 9:20 am and doctor came around 9:30 am . But over all great performance & highly professional the LVN and the primary physician.

This appointment was for my elderly mother. The Psychiatrist was nice and friendly other doctors at this clinic are rude and unprofessional and very unhelpful to there elderly patients. Which is a shame

One of the CNN didn't know how to do vital cuff so needs more attention. She pushed one that wasn't connected. We have a Autistic son and waiting for Physician for too long . I know your Dr.office is busy but if we could wait shorter time it will be better.

The experience that was provided was very well excellent. The provider is really up on her game. She's amazing. She got everything done as what I needed to get done, not too fast, but in a very good natural way. So I would give this provider a thumbs up and I do recommend her. It was amazing. I've never had a staff member treat me so well. I'm so excited to be here with her. Thank you.

unfortunately, it feels like I'm fighting tooth and nail to even be seen, and then on top of that to receive medication. It just feels as if you guys don't care about clients needs whatsoever, yet you preach that that is your top concern.
