Too many issues to list. If you want to have a provider that has your, or your loved ones, mental health as the top priority, look for another provider. Jaime will leave you without medication support and drop you as a patient without notice or reason and no referral to continued care.

Jamie was a wonderful support to not only my child, by teen and also myself. She is patient and kind. We really felt like she cared and listened to our needs. We saw her for over a year and recently moved out of state. We still haven’t found anyone we like as much as we did Jamie.

Very honest NP and an asset to the industry. I’ve read other reviews, both good and bad, and as I read them its clear that the bad review clients are resistant to change or not willing to listen themselves.

Jaime Loebner is a wannabe doctor. She inaccurately diagnosed me with an issue that I don't have issues with and sent that diagnosis to my insurance because I basically told her I did not want to pursue her as my medical professional. She wanted to change my medications which I have been on for 7+ years because she didn't like them. I told her I was stable on them, but she insisted I switch based on how she felt about the medications. I told her I didn't want to do that she she tried telling me that she could set me up with another person in the company. I declined since I was so dissatisfied with her service and professionalism. I found out later that she sent an absurd diagnosis to my insurance who is now giving me issues. I spend a session with Jaime going over my medical history and answering her questions. She probably didn't like the backlash I was giving her about my medication changes and submitted a wrong diagnosis. Terrible and unprofessional!

Horrible. Will not see again. Does not listen to her patients. I let her know what has worked for me in the past but insisted I try something new. I get bad side effects from a lot of meds but she wants to try a new drug and experiment on me when I'm already in a fragile state. I am a nurse as well so I know about pharmacology. I also know about how important it is to listen to your patients as they know their body best especially if they know what works for them. She also as a flat affect and is very uncomfortable to talk to her when she asks very personal questions. Waste of money to see her and left me feeling much worse.

I had to switch doctors since the first one I had at Acadian Care left, and the second is in New Orleans for only one day per month. They put me with Jamie, which was fine at first. But when my depression and anxiety got worse and I requested a change in medication, she prescribed more of the same and asked me if I had a weighted blanket or practiced meditation (both of which, I have for years). It felt like she was minimizing my decades-long mental health issues. And when the upped dosage in medication caused me to have a crisis, she refused to speak with me on the phone. She also did not follow up to see if I was okay (or alive) after it. She doesn't seem to care very much about my well-being. Lucky for me, I'm an adult. But I wouldn't trust her with a child.
