Dr. Paduga was an ICU nurse before she became a doctor. She was a consistent honor student and scholar. She graduated Salutatorian in grade school and Valedictorian in both high school and college. Dr. Paduga went to the University of the Philippines College of Medicine, Class of 2003. Dr. Paduga did her internal medicine residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center followed by neurology residency and fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology at the University of Kansas Medical Center where she served as chief resident in 2010. She co-authored the AAN (American Academy of Neurology) Evidence based Guideline Update on the Treatment of Bells Palsy published in the journal ``Neurology`` in 2012. Dr. Paduga is triple boarded, board certified in Neurology, 2010 and in her subspecialties in Clinical Neurophysiology from the ABPN (American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology), 2011. She grand fathered in Brain Injury Medicine from ABPMR (American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation), 2018. She is a partner of the North County Neurology Associate. She is currently the stroke director and the neuroscience medical director at Palomar Medical Center. Her practice is hospital based. Dr. Oh joined the Neurology Center in 2009. She grew up and trained in Texas. She received her undergraduate degree at Rice University and medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas. She completed her residency in Neurology and fellowship in Movement Disorders at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Oh has a special interest in Parkinson's disease and essential tremor. She is experienced in the management of deep brain stimulation for Parkinson's disease, essential tremor, and dystonia. She also is experienced in using botulinum toxin injections for dystonia and spasticity and in managing intrathecal baclofen pumps for spasticity. Dr. Oh has privileges at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas and Tri-City Medical Center at Oceanside. She works at our Carlsbad and Escondido offices. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and Movement Disorders Society.
