The doctor cares, he has a great bedside manner, and really cares about his results. I can not say enough great things about my experience with the doctor, he performed surgery at almost midnight on a Saturday night, and because of him and his team, I will walk normally for the rest of my life!!!!!

Dr. Jeswani used my spine after I broke it in a car accident, I have had little to no pain ever since and could not be more thankful. I was even able to get pregnant less than a year later and give birth with no complications or pain to my back.

Dr. Jeswani sits down and listens well. My back surgery cured 100% of the pain shooting down my legs. I couldn't be more pleased. Look forward to seeing him again with my neck issues.

When discussing back surgery with people you know, more often than not, they will tell not to do it. I'm glad I went forward with surgery with Dr. Jeswani since he found and repaired a problem that didn't show up on my MRI. I'm still going through physical therapy but each new week is better than the last.

After reading these wonderful reviews I am sad and disappointed that I was not able to share the same experience as these other patients. I understand that my brain tumor is not putting me in grave danger at the moment and possibly that is why the Dr. disregards me. However, I as any other patient deserve the same care that others are given no matter the severity of my case. I believe that having a caring and trustworthy relationship with your doctor is one of the most important things. When I came in to my appointment today he didn’t even come in to the room to go over my MRI results himself. Instead, the nurse came in and went over my MRI and explained my tumors status. If I would have known, I would not have driven 40min to see Dr.Jeswani only to end up meeting with a nurse who I could have had a phone appointment with. I never write reviews but today I am in hopes that the Dr. will read it and know that today he made me feel like I didn’t matter..

I recently had a Laminoforaminotomy on my lower Lumbar 4,5. I have been suffering with lower back issues for years. Injections, & PT did not help. Dr. J came highly recommended to me, I decided to go for the procedure. If you are suffering from back issues do not wait another day call and make your appointment to see Dr J! Just wish he could have made me taller! Not only is Dr. Jeswani an amazing surgeon, he is an even greater human being. In gratitude Judy Brackin

I had multi-level spinal fusion surgery performed by Dr. Jeswani 9 months ago. At every appointment with Dr. Jeswani, (pre and post surgery) he demonstrated the upmost professionalism and care. One of the things I most appreciate about Dr. Jeswani is that he truly takes the time to listen and answer questions. I always have a list of questions at appointments and he sits down, looks me straight in the eye and answers each question thoughtfully and fully. He never appears rushed. At appointments, I truly feel that he is 100% focused on my case. He did an exceptional job on the surgery. My symptoms have resolved and the scar is virtually non-existent. He is an amazing neurosurgeon and I would recommend him to anyone I know of in need of neurosurgery. His clinical coordinator Carol is also absolutely wonderful. She is an excellent communicator and truly cares about patients in this practice.

This dude is the best in the west! I interviewed four neurosurgeons before I decided on him. Two weeks out of surgery I’m driving, walking my dogs unassisted and doing really well. And the scars for the two surgeries are absolutely beautiful! He’s damn good with a knife. Dr. J gave me my life back! I’m so grateful.

I was referred by my primary care physician to Dr. Jeswani as a result of neck and back pain, which had become intolerable. After a complete exam, he carefully explained there was no indication of a surgical need and a surgical outcome would not be favorable, but that physical therapy and conservative management would be the best course of action. Both my spouse and myself have medical backgrounds and Dr. Jeswani is a doctor we would highly recommend and trust.

Dr. Jeswani takes his time to explain what is wrong, your options and qhat would be the best option for you. Also I would like to add Carol with UCSD that does the surgery scheduling is a great asset for Dr. Jaswani and any other Doctors. She speaks highly of Jeswani and she is great at her job and scheduling. Getting everyone together in one place is a task.

Doctor Jeswani did my 2 level artificial cervical disc replacement. I am pain free for the first time in over 20 years. He was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with. He is caring, understanding, and so helpful with all the questions I had. He is an incredibly skilled surgeon, and is very easy to talk to. I would recommend him to anyone. After suffering debilitating chronic pain and issues with strength of my right hand/arm, I am finally enjoying life to it's fullest - pain free.
