Dr. Hancock listens and puts patient comfort at the forefront. Facing a root canal can be intimidating, and Dr. Hancock has a calming approach. He discusses the options and shows the xrays, 3D images and takes time to explain everything, including what's unique or challenging about the target tooth. The doctor takes his time and is precise. His assistants are friendly and helpful. It was a smooth experience, about as pleasant as a dental visit can be!

He and his staff were friendly and professional. Upon looking at my tooth he presented multiple treatments and explained the pros and cons of each. Once I had decided on how to proceed he was able to get me in quickly and everything thing went well. His staff followed up with me by phone at each step to see how I was recovering. I would recommend his practice to anyone.

Dr Hancock answered my questions without judgement, which helped me ease into a procedure that was scary for me. Everyone in the office was kind and encouraging. I highly recommend Dr Hancock!

Not a good place to have to be, but I’ve had to be here twice and it was a good experience both times. I like his demeanor, he explained things well and put me at ease. You get to watch a movie during the procedure to take your mind off it.

Dr. Hancock's knowledge and professionalism were evident from the start. He took the time to explain the procedures he would be performing and patiently answered all of my questions. It was clear that he is highly knowledgeable in his field, which gave me confidence in his abilities. During the treatment, Dr. Hancock and his staff were attentive and focused. They made sure I was comfortable and at ease throughout the process. After the procedure, Dr. Hancock took the time to explain how everything went and provided me with clear instructions on what to expect in the coming days.

Everything about this practice is top notch! His technology is the latest generation. His staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Hancock is thorough, calm, understanding, an excellent listener and "explainer." His demeanor is quiet and gentle. I have had to see an endodontist twice and both visits with Dr. Hancock could not have been better. Frankly, I would rather have a root canal with Dr. Hancock than a filling with my regular dentist, (who is also excellent)...but Dr. Hancock is in a class all his own. If you are worried about (hating the thought of or terrified of a root canal as I was) of a root canal, this is the place to go! And BTW, you get to watch a movie of your choice during a root canal...makes the time go so much faster!!!

Both the staff and Dr. Hancock were friendly and efficient. All my questions were answered with 3-D xray data and further explanation. I left with the information I needed to make a good dental decision for myself. I was also able to leave with a copy of the xray for an oral surgeon.

Dr. Hancock and his entire staff are very friendly and professional. They were all good at explaining everything that would be happening before, during and after the procedure. Most of all, it was ALL pain free!! Would definitely recommend him to anyone!!

If you must have a root canal there is nobody else I would go to.

My regular dentist referred me to Dr. Hendrick to evaluate a tooth for a potential root canal. She called while I was in the dental chair and 3 hours later I was meeting with Dr. Hendrick. Unfortunately the tooth cannot be saved, but Dr. Hendrick's staff was awesome. I even had a phone call and a text to alert me to delay my arrival by 15 minutes because another patient had been late!

Very easy and comfortable root canal procedure with Dr Hancock. Almost went to sleep a couple times during the procedure.

Dr Hancock takes time to explain the procedure and what to expect when the procedure is over. He is personable and his staff are friendly and helpful. The procedure went well and my pain level was fairly low. I strongly recommend Dr Hancock.

Dr Hancock was very professional and I was in and out quickly. I would recommend him.
