Great staff, but…
Dr. Baldree did excellent work on me and his staff were very kind and knowledgeable. My only complaint was Dr. Baldree’s bedside manner. There were several visits where he walked in and didn’t speak nor did he before he walked out. When I spoke, he was very short and seemed put out in some way. I have started seeing a new dentist and couldn’t be happier with him.

Both my husband and I have to wait an hour past our appointment time in order to be seen. Sometimes the staff is nowhere to be found and we wonder if we have been forgotten. All three times staff claims to be backed up. Once my husband had to leave and reschedule due to having to return to work after an hour wait Without being seen. Very few available appointments. Extremely difficult to get service much less an appointment.
