Dr. Frederick Thompson, DDS

Dr Thompson has said many inappropriate things to my wife in the past, but the one that made me say 'Enough is enough' happened when my wife was pregnant. He made a comment about her face being more round to which she said she was pregnant. He responded with 'Got it. I just thought you were getting fat.' The fact that this was not the first time he has made comments similar to this toward her pushed me over the edge. We have changed dentists and actually found our new dentist to be faster, more professional, and far more kind. Debbie was great, but never visiting Thompson again.

Everyone is so helpful at this office and very accommodating of my schedule. The office receptionist, Debbie, always makes sure and schedules our appointments on school breaks. I don’t even have to ask. She just remembers and will call me when there are cancellations to see if I want to come in when it’s convenient. She is a friendly face and so kind and positive every time I go. The hygienists, assistants, and dentist are all amazing! They actually make me look forward to cleanings. They all do such an exceptional job and are so thorough and personable. Dr. Thompson is awesome and always seems to have the patients best interests at heart. He has taken care of me and all three of my kids. You know it’s a good dentist when your kids don’t complain about going. Thanks!

Dr Thompson and his staff are very professional and caring. I explained my fear and bad experiences to them, and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Thompson and staff. Truely a great experience. I highly recommend them for all your dentistry needs.

Dr. Thompson is the best dentist I've ever been to! He doesnt "hurt" me, he cares, & he listens to/advises me. He puts in a 300% effort to successfully correct my dental flaws! I also really appreciate Debbie and Dr. Thompson's assistants. They are all so nice and reassuring! He has always maximized my insurance coverage.

Upon seeing the negative review regarding the fluoride and Dr. Thompson not wearing gloves- *I’ve been going there for over 10 yrs and have never experienced anything like that review stated. He and my hygienist ALWAYS wear gloves, are patient and kind. Dr. Thompson has gone above and beyond writing to my insurance company even to request they cover a treatment for me (that wouldn’t even be given by the dentist but by my medical provider) to help with my TMJ/migraines. His exceptional service he and Mrs. Debbie (receptionist) have provided, is no monetary gain for his office, but rather just caring, going out of their way service for their patients. Dr. Thompson could have possibly had a busy day, but never rude or uncaring. I would highly recommend anyone see for themselves what a great office this truly is and disregard the negative review that was unlike anything we have ever witnessed or experienced. -longtime patient, DeVona

The office is very clean and calming. Never have long wait times. The hygienist I use is very thorough, kind and professional as well as Dr. Thompson. He takes his time, listens and cares about your needs. The entire staff from the receptionist to the dentist, treat you like family going above and beyond to help their patients with your best care as their goal. I’ve stayed with them over 10 + years and very satisfied!

I was so relieved to get insurance where Dr. Thompson was in network again! He has taken care of me for a few yrs now and I don't want another dentist. You can tell he loves what he does and is knowledgeable! He treats you with kindness and will get you fixed up if there is a problem. Mrs. Debbie is also the best and will make sure you get what you need!

Does amazing work, have been going there for years.....they always makes sure I can get in for any emergency needed.

I am happy to review Dr. Thompson and his staff. As a patient of over 15 years, I have always received stellar dental care. Dr. Thompson is very concerned with pain control and I can say he has never 'hurt' me. His eye for making tooth colored fillings match is great. My family and friends cannot tell which of my teeth have Crowns, Fillings or are just my natural teeth. They all blend so well. My entire family are patients of Dr. Thompson and we could not be happier. We have never had a wait longer than 10 minutes and most times they are ready for us when we walk in the door. As regular patients we see his Hygienist Wendi. She will kindly point out areas that I might be missing and encourages me to keep it up. A visit to Dr. Thompson's office means you get to be greeted by Debbie the receptionist. She is an expert with all the financial stuff. She helps with 'Care Credit' and explains how it is possible to make monthly payments. You are missing out if Dr. Thompson is not your Dentist

I waited in this office for 2 hours WITH AN APPOINTMENT. Dr. Thompson was very rude and didn't seem to care about my tmj symptoms. After explaining my problems, he brushed them off and told me it was nothing. Dr. Thompson didn't wear gloves during my visit, which may also be a health violation. The fluoride rinse also made me sick for 2 days. I will NEVER be back to this office again and would definitely advise going elsewhere.
