Dr. Michael Vaughan, DDS

Things began wonderfully. Five implants, one partial and numerous crowns cost thousands and thousands of dollars and I had a beautiful smile. I proudly took care of my teeth—brushing and flossing twice daily and a night guard every night. I retired from Metro after twenty-three years and moved a bit further South. A few years later my teeth started breaking in half. I returned to Nashville and my rich dentist claimed Blue Cross Blue Shield had insisted he use inferior products and materials. He insisted he was required to follow their directions and he could offer me nothing. Not even sympathy nor an apology. A friend believes he is a thief pretending to be a dentist-businessman. It is difficult for me to disagree.

In the summer of 2022 I had got into a bicycle accident. Chipping my front tooth. Dr. Vaughan fixed my tooth. Now the summer of 2023 my wisdom teeth came in. I moved out of the state to Michigan. Dr. Vaughan and his team where able to get me in for my x-rays and surgery while I was in town. I highly recommend. Took great care of me and exceeded all of my expectations.

I've been going to Dentistry of Nashville for years. Love them! Dr. Vaughan professional and thorough. I once went thinking I needed a crown and all I needed was a filling replaced and a crown adjusted. Marlene (my hygienist) is also fabulous.

I've been with Dr. Vaughan about 6 months and he was able to consult me to get my wisdom teeth removed after pushing the procedure back for 9 years. The procedure went very well and he was informative with the whole before and after process. I also watched how well he coached his assistant during the set-up for the procedure. I always have a pleasant visit with Dr. Vaughan.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Vaughan’s for over 20 years. He and his staff have always shown the highest degree of professionalism while maintaining a friendly, easy-going atmosphere. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else and can’t recommend Dr. Vaughan & crew highly enough!

Awesome dentist and excellent staff. I don't take the time to review much, but this is a great place to have all your dental work done.

Dr. Vaughan is an excellent dentist! His demeanor is quiet and contemplative and he listens to his patients. I always feel comfortable talking to him and he does great work. His hygienist Gina is amazing! Cleanings are thorough and they are not painful. She always has a smile and is warm and caring. I have been using this practice since 1985 and will stay with them forever?? I highly recommend Dr. Vaughan and Gina and their practice ??

Change name to Best Dentistry of Nashville! Dr. Vaughan has always provided me with the best of care. His manner always calm and confident. The results always excellent. The support staff is also the best. The motto must be “treat you like family”, because you can tell they truly care. The front desk personnel are consistently friendly and efficient. They always succeed in fitting you in an often busy schedule. Absolutely the Best!

Dr. vaughan removed all three of my daughters' wisdom teeth and was outstanding! Two of them healed well and without much pain. One had a minor complication which Dr. Vaughan met us at the office on a Saturday afternoon to irrigate and she then recovered quickly. He's the best! I would highly recommend him.
