Biography: Dr. Matthew Motisi is an orthopedic surgeon who believes in providing an individualized approach and strives for continuity of care. His goal is for his patients to have a more personal and enjoyable experience during a period of hardship in their lives resulting from sports related injuries, trauma, or degenerative diseases. He focused his training on being able to provide up-to-date, first-class orthopedic care to his patients and community. Dr. Motisi is a native to Plantation, Florida, he graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science and then he received his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University, graduating at the top of his class. He then completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Broward Health Medical Center, a busy Level 1 Trauma Center. During his time there, he received extensive training in all facets of orthopedic surgery including primary and complex joint reconstruction, as well as complex fracture care and surgery. During his final year of residency he was chosen as a Chief Resident and awarded Orthopedic Resident of the Year. After Residency, Dr. Motisi completed an additional year of fellowship training in Sports Medicine and Shoulder surgery at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He was also a team physician for several high school and collegiate sports teams in Chicago.

Biography: Dr. Ross was born in Saint Paul, Minnesota and grew up in the Twin Cities. After graduating with Summa Cum Laude with Honors and Highest Distinction from the University of Minnesota, Dr. Ross obtained his medical degree from the prestigious Harvard Medical School. He then completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the world-renowned Washington University in St. Louis, where he trained under the tutelage of leaders in the field of orthopedic surgery. He developed his passion for sports medicine while working with the St. Louis Rams and St. Louis Blues. Dr. Ross also worked along with leaders in the field of joint preservation surgery, which also sparked his research in hip preservation. After completing residency, Dr. Ross completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine and Shoulder Surgery at the University of Michigan, where he further honed his skill in Hip Arthroscopy. He was also team physician for many of the sports, including football, hockey, soccer, gymnastics and wrestling. After completing his fellowship, he was hired to join the faculty at the University of Michigan Department of Orthopaedic Surgery in the division of Sports Medicine. He also served at the Head Team Physician for Eastern Michigan University Football and the athletic department. He currently serves as the head Team Orthopedic Surgeon for Florida Atlantic University Football and Lynn University.

Biography: Anthony Miniaci, M.D., is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and shoulder and knee surgery with Baptist Health. He is also the deputy chief medical executive of Baptist Health Orthopedic Care. As the son of Italian immigrants to Canada, Dr. Miniaci is fluent in English and Italian. He has received many awards, including the 2022 Alumni of Distinction award. This award is a peer-nominated honor given to distinguished alumni from his medical school alma mater, the University of Western Ontario, a large research university. Biography: John E. Zvijac, M.D., is a fellowship-trained physician with dual Board-certification in orthopedic surgery and orthopedic sports medicine with Miami Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Institute and a member of Baptist Health Medical Group, an organization of more than 18 physicians in multiple specialties closely aligned with Baptist Health South Florida. From 1998 to 214, he was head team orthopedic surgeon for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
