Biography: Dr. Flowers is a board certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in Joint Preservation surgery, Complex Reconstruction and Deformity Correction, and Joint Replacement surgery. He is also a certified Mako Surgeon in Robotic-assisted partial and total knee replacements. Dr. Flowers received his Bachelor of Health Science from Howard University in Washington, D.C. He also has the skill set to perform joint replacement procedures for those who already have advanced arthritis. Dr. Flowers also has in-depth knowledge and skills for correcting bowlegs, knock knees and multiple post-traumatic deformities. As a first generation American, Dr. Flowers was born in Queens, NY and raised on Long Island. His family is from Jamaica, West Indies. Dr. Flowers currently resides in The Woodlands with his wife, who is a dermatologist in the area and their two children Caden and Nila who attend John Cooper School. His hobbies include mountain biking, triathlons (he is an Ironman Finisher), and auto racing.
